Address Audience
We deliver professional training and phase mentoring guidance.We use a blended approach of online, offline, and post-training support for our programs. Our programs include formal assessment and evaluation components which companies avail during the selection and promotion process.
Our assessment and evaluation programs combine intensive exercises with personality evaluation techniques. Trainees are assessed and analyzed across a range of performance criteria including soft skills and recommendations and targets for improvement are discussed and shared with the participants and the company.
