JD:-

1.Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

2.Follow communication scripts when handling different topics

3.Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions 4.and/or alternatives

5.Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

5.Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way
